Sizing & fit

How do WEARON sizes run?

True to size for most pieces, with a slight relaxed-fit bias on knits and tees. Each product page has a fit-specific note (e.g. “runs slim,” “oversized cut”). When in doubt, our customer service team can recommend a size based on your existing wardrobe — email clientservice@gowearon.com.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. UAE: free returns within 5 days of delivery. International: within 14 days of delivery (return shipping paid by you, no restocking fee). To exchange, email us to start the return, then place a new order once it’s approved.

Do you offer custom or made-to-measure?

Limited made-to-measure for blouses and dresses by request through the Dubai atelier. Lead time is 4–6 weeks. Email clientservice@gowearon.com for an appointment.

Orders & shipping

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

UAE: $10, or free on orders over $100 — delivered in 1–3 business days. International: $25, or free on orders over $200 — delivered in 5–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Will I pay customs or duties?

No. All international orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — every import duty, customs charge, and tax is prepaid by us. The price at checkout is the final price; you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Some restrictions apply for high-tariff countries (Brazil, India for specific fabric types). See full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also see live status from your account dashboard or the order status page.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Email clientservice@gowearon.com with your order number — we’ll trace immediately and either resend or refund.

Returns & repairs

What’s your return policy?

UAE: 5 days from delivery, with free return shipping. International: 14 days from delivery (return shipping paid by you, no restocking fee). Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Sale and made-to-measure items are final sale. Returns must be approved in advance — see the full Refund Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days, to your original payment method.

What if my piece tears or breaks?

Every WEARON piece carries a lifetime repair guarantee. Send it to our Dubai atelier or drop it off in person. Most repairs are free; complex restoration may have a small fee, communicated in advance.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, on pieces purchased from us, for a nominal fee.

Account & privacy

Why do I need to create an account?

Accounts let us track orders, manage repairs, and personalise sizing recommendations. Guest checkout is not available — but registering takes about 30 seconds.

How is my data handled?

See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't sell data, ever. We use it only to operate your account and improve service.

How do I delete my account?

Email clientservice@gowearon.com with the request and your account email. We action within 7 days.
