Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through WEARON. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below, which comply with applicable consumer-protection laws in the United Arab Emirates and the markets we serve.
Return Windows
- Within the UAE: 5 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label.
- International: 14 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies.
Requests made after the applicable window has closed cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify, the item must meet all of the following:
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
If an item is returned not meeting these conditions, a non-refundable condition fee of $8 USD will be charged. This is not a restocking fee — it applies only when an item arrives worn, without tags, or outside its original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email clientservice@gowearon.com to start a return or exchange. Returns must be approved in advance — do not send items back without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or refunded. Once approved, we provide instructions and, for UAE returns, a prepaid label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-measure products
- Personal-care items
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original within the applicable return window following the process above. Once the return is approved you may place a new order for the desired item. We do not reserve inventory for exchanges.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item.
- The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us by email.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Returned items must meet the standard conditions above.
Fraud & Abuse
WEARON reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected fraud or abuse of the return process. We may refuse service or future transactions, and in cases of confirmed fraud may report the matter to and share order information with the relevant authorities where legally required or permitted.
