Dubai Atelier
Final pressing, quality inspection, packaging, and made-to-measure orders. The atelier is also where every WEARON repair happens. Direct employment, full benefits, no subcontracting.
The Makers
Most luxury fashion treats its supply chain as confidential. We disagree. The factory matters as much as the design — and you deserve to know who made the cloth.
The world's largest concentrated cotton-knitting district.
Most of our jersey, ribbed knits, and heavy-cotton tees are woven and finished here. Our partner facility holds SA8000 (workplace conditions) and OEKO-TEX certifications, with a SMETA audit every 18 months.
Why Tirupur: technical capability for fine-gauge knits, established compliance, and lower carbon footprint per kg of finished fabric than European equivalents (closer to raw cotton, less long-distance freight).
A family-run mill near Lake Como, the historical centre of Italian silk weaving.
Our satin, jacquards, and heritage prints come from this mill. They produce in small batches on traditional shuttle looms, with output capped at around 1,200 metres per design. Their carbon footprint per kg is higher than Tirupur, but the cloth quality justifies the trade-off for our most considered pieces.
European-grown flax, woven at a mill processing linen since 1948.
They specialise in pre-softened and stone-washed finishes, which give linen its broken-in, breathable hand without chemical softeners. SA8000 certified, regenerative-flax sourcing certified through European Flax (CELC).

For European-distribution orders, final assembly happens at a partner atelier in Lisbon — reduces shipping carbon for European customers and keeps lead times under 5 days. Same compliance certifications as Dubai.
Third-party audited workplace conditions (SA8000 or SMETA, no exceptions), fibre traceability to first-tier supplier, and willingness to host annual visits from our team. We've turned down faster, cheaper options that didn't meet all three.
