How to track

Track your order — no account needed.

You don’t need a password. Enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send a one-time code — this works whether you created an account or checked out as a guest.

  • Track your order: use the button below, sign in with your email (one-time code, no password), and your latest order status shows at the top.
  • Shipment email: every dispatch confirmation includes the courier’s live tracking link.
  • Notifications: we email you at three points — shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

Five stages.

Confirmed

Payment received, order in our system. Confirmation email sent within minutes.

02

In atelier

Pieces being prepared at our Dubai atelier — quality inspection, pressing, packaging. Typically 1 business day.

Shipped

Courier collected. Tracking number sent by email. UAE: 1–3 days. International: 5–10 days.

In transit

Live tracking via courier system (FedEx, DHL, or local equivalent depending on destination).

Delivered

Confirmed at your address. We send a final delivery notification.

Something wrong?

Tracking stuck. Address change. Customs delay.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, or you've received a delivery confirmation but no package, email clientservice@gowearon.com with your order number. We'll trace within 24 hours and either resend or refund.

For customs delays we can provide commercial invoices and HS codes on request. Address changes go through us up until courier hand-off (typically 1 hour after order); after that, contact the courier directly.
