Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST (Dubai time) begin processing the same day; orders placed later begin the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping — Within the UAE
- Cost: $10 USD — or FREE on orders over $100 USD.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated time: approximately 2–5 business days from order placement.
Shipping — International
- Cost: $25 USD — or FREE on orders over $200 USD.
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated time: approximately 6–12 business days from order placement.
Customs & Duties
All international orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Every applicable import duty, customs charge, and tax is calculated and prepaid by WEARON. You pay nothing extra on delivery — the price at checkout is the final price.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays, and redelivery charges may apply where a delivery fails due to inaccurate information or inability to contact you. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. In such cases we will do our best to keep you informed.
