- Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
- Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hip
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Length
- From the highest point of the shoulder seam down to the hem.
- Sleeve
- From the centre back of the neck, across the shoulder, down to the wrist.
- Inseam
- From the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
